Chunking

How reference documents are split for retrieval. A chunk that cuts a clause in half retrieves as a fragment and reads badly as evidence, so these run larger than the Taiso default.

Prose sections of moderate length. The default — fits the retrieval ceiling with enough overlap to carry a rule across a boundary.
