Resident Communications Bulletin — Spring Notice 1. Rent and Fee Changes Effective the first of next month, lot rent will increase by $85 per month for all residents. This change takes effect immediately and no further notice will be provided. Residents who have questions about the increase may contact the park office during business hours. 2. Utility Billing Water and sewer charges will now be billed as a flat fee rather than by metered usage. The flat fee has been set at $60 per month. 3. Community Standards Management reserves the right to enter any home for inspection at any time without prior notice to verify compliance with community standards. Residents must keep their lots clear of debris and maintain the exterior of their homes in good repair. Anyone found in violation will be issued a written notice and given thirty days to correct the condition. 4. Sale of Homes Residents wishing to sell their home must first offer it to management at fair market value. Homes sold to third parties require management approval of the buyer, which will not be unreasonably withheld.
